When COVID shut down all the gyms, Mike and Aundre joined forces to run outdoor bootcamps at the request of their clients. HIITSQUAD was born as their persistence and drive for success was paired with an amazing community of fitness enthusiasts. The demand for bootcamps and programming from HIITSQUAD outlasted the gym closures and the summer weather of COVID 2020. While many gyms lost members and struggled from the shut down, HIITSQUAD thrived and has continued to build. Now we celebrate a new facility and opportunity to serve the amazing HIITSQUAD clientele.

We are a unique hybrid style of group training mixing barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, cardio equipment, and bodyweight movements. The goal of HIITSQUAD is to work your body, change your mindset, and evolve your fitness while making you stronger and leaner.
